Established in 2014, WPF Investment is led by principals and management with extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, and managing mortgages secured by both residential and commercial real estate. Over the years, WPF Investment Inc. has consistently delivered steady and balanced returns to its investors. WPF Investment complies with the legislation and regulations of the BC Financial Services Authority pertaining to lending activities. Additionally, WPF Investment adheres to the legislation and regulations set forth by the British Columbia Securities Commission for capital raising and investment marketing.
Investment Information
Units of the trust can be held within various registered accounts, including TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIF, RESP, and LIRA. These accounts may be set up through Olympia Trust or Western Pacific Trust.
The investment opportunity described is available under an Offering Memorandum. In British Columbia, this allows most individuals to participate, provided they meet suitability requirements as assessed by Olympia Trust, Western Pacific Trust, or their representatives. Eligibility criteria may vary in other provinces or territories. Accredited and otherwise qualified investors are also invited to participate.

Series P – Preferred Trust Units
